As a certified* mediator since 2017 during sessions I assume different responsibilities for my clients: I provide orientation where emotions and facts have been mixed up. I listen actively and with my empathic guidance I can keep the process under control. Last but not least it makes me particularly happy when you become able to express and sort out your needs with my support. Because then my wish for good cooperation in professional contexts is also fulfilled.
I would very much like to support you in relieving a situation that is difficult for you and your team to bear. I am very happy when seemingly unsolvable misunderstandings between colleagues are leveled out, clarified or even resolved in a good conversation and you can concentrate on your actual work again.

I am also a lawyer. In another life, I worked in the administration of a research institute and dealt a lot with cooperation agreements, often in English. As part of my training, I lived in Spain, Bosnia-Herzegovina but also in the Netherlands and Canada, thus my English is very good.
As a Hamburg native, having lived in Berlin for almost a decade, I retained and cherish the way we are known for: direct, sometimes soberly matter-of-fact, but sympathetic.
